Troy Clarke

Troy Clarke is the Director of Mixology and Spirit Education, Martignetti Companies and Co- Owner of Twelve24 Cocktails. He also served as President of the United States Bartenders Guild, Boston Chapter (2011-2014). He brings over 25 years of experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality Industry; ranging from time behind the bar, to years of Executive, Food & Beverage Management, and countless hours of continued education in the field. In 2023 Troy received the Mover & Shaker award for his positive and redefining impact on wholesalers and the beverage industry as a whole., his passion and experience serves establishments throughout New England. Clarke has developed, designed, curated and been actively involved with events like the Cayman Cookout by Eric Ripert, South Beach Food & Wine Festival, Thirst Boston, Life is Beautiful, Diageo World Class, WSWA Access Live, Cocktail Seminars and most of the top events at Tales of the Cocktails for the last 11 years.

Troy’s passion for the beverage industry grew through his many years working in restaurants, serving people across the country. His drive to continually learn and share his knowledge has led him to completing the 5 day BAR program in NYC along with the Certified Specialist of Spirits with the Society of Wine Educators, Certified Sake Professional by John Gauntner, Spirit Professional Certification with the United States Bartenders Guild, and various wine certifications with Court of Masters and International Sommelier Guild. Troy is an award winning Mixologist having won numerous awards, most recently taking first place at WSWA in 2019 Best in Show in the Iron Mixology Competition. With an affinity for high quality ingredients and the total creativity that recipe design allows, Troy loves both creating original cocktails as well as cultivating the classics.
