Orest Kramarczuk
Chef Orest Kramarczuk is 72 and has been in the food business his entire life, for 62 years. He sold his first sausage when he was 10. His parents started Kramarczuk’s in 1954 with old world recipes for sausage breads and East European ethnic foods they brought with them after World War II. They won the James Beard award for family classics and are considered one of the premier sausage companies in America.
